Good morning, let’s get it.
The world is going in multiple directions. From good, to bad, to worse, and believe it or not, in some parts from good to great. This is possible because we each have a part in how it goes. Think about it like this some neighbors are falling to shit, Some getting better, and some just a nice quiet place to be; it all depends on who lives there. It is just like some businesses are picking up, some are falling behind, and some booming it all depends on who works there. The thing about work, is it depends on people. Some people are living in a rocket-ship of a career, some are floating by like it is a lazy river, and others are hanging on a cliff face. Our individuality matters.
I have to be real with you, you have influence in all three areas. In your neighborhood, in the business where you work, and in your career. You have the ability to sway people, to work harder or smarter, to do good. Shit, if you decided to live with intention. If you decided to do things on purpose, you could change the course of not only your life but the lives of others. You, inherently have the ability to be a force for good. It is in our nature. All you and I have to do is give in to it. All we have to do is let go of our egotistical way of thinking and choose to be good. All we have to do is choose to serve others. I know, rough! We are so used to serving ourselves, we don’t know what it is like to think about others first not out of guilt but out of love. You see shit doesn’t go well, when people isolate, self-serve, or attack or put others down. It doesn’t make neighborhoods safer, it doesn’t build a great career with great people, it doesn’t make people want to do business with you.
The choice is yours.
Figure out what you love to do, who you can serve, what kind of influence you want to be an be it. Life can be simple like that sometimes. Shit, even for introverts, they have just as much power as anyone.
